Note: This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor individual browsing.

Personal data collected is used exclusively to respond to contact requests, allowing us to follow up on requests for information, proposals or specialist technical advisory.

Processing is based on the data subject’s consent when submitting the form and PRAGMATUR’s legitimate interest in responding accurately and effectively to received requests.

Data is processed internally. We use only Web3Forms to securely forward messages submitted through contact forms to our institutional email. PRAGMATUR does not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Data Retention Period

Contact data is retained only for the period necessary to complete the information or advisory request and for the legally required period for contractual or tax purposes.
