This Policy describes the processing of personal data carried out by PRAGMATUR through pragmatur.pt and the contact forms.
1. Data controller
The data controller is PRAGMATUR - Promoção Imobiliária e Turística, Lda., Portuguese tax number 501631917, with registered office at Estrada da Luz 65, 1.º Dto., 1600-152 Lisbon, registered with CMVM under number PAI/2003/0008 and a member of Associação Nacional de Avaliadores Imobiliários (ANAI).

2. Data Protection Officer
PRAGMATUR has not formally appointed a Data Protection Officer. Requests and communications regarding personal data should be sent to the contacts above.
3. Data processed and purposes
PRAGMATUR processes personal data provided directly by users, including name, email address, telephone number, asset type, asset location, subject and message, to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and provide property valuation and advisory services.
Technical data may also be processed by the hosting provider, such as server logs required for the security, availability and technical operation of the website.
The website may store the visual preference pragmatur-theme in localStorage, only to preserve the light or dark mode selected by the user.
4. Legal bases
- Contact and quotation requests: pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject.
- Contracted services: performance of a contract.
- Billing, accounting and tax duties: compliance with legal obligations.
- Spontaneous communications not linked to a contract: legitimate interest in replying to the message received.
- Theme preference and technical website operation: legitimate interest in ensuring a stable and secure experience.
5. Service providers, technology partners and recipients
PRAGMATUR uses technical providers to operate the website and respond to received requests:
- Web3Forms, for technical processing and forwarding of contact forms to PRAGMATUR's email address.
- The hosting provider of pragmatur.pt, for hosting and technical server logs.
PRAGMATUR does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. Data may be disclosed to public authorities, legal representatives, accountants or auditors where required by law or necessary for the exercise of rights.
6. International transfers
The use of Web3Forms may involve transfers of personal data to the United States of America or other countries outside the European Economic Area. According to Web3Forms public documentation, the servers used to process submissions are located in the United States of America, US-East region.
The transfer documentation should be confirmed and archived by PRAGMATUR; if adequate safeguards are not clearly documented, replacement by a first-party form endpoint should be considered in a later phase.
7. Data retention
- Information requests that do not lead to a contract: up to 6 months after the last contact, unless longer retention is necessary.
- Data linked to contracted services and technical reports: for the period required to comply with contractual, legal, tax and rights-defence obligations.
- Billing and accounting data: for the legally applicable periods.
Messages submitted through the form are processed by Web3Forms for forwarding to PRAGMATUR's email address. According to the provider's public documentation, Web3Forms does not keep a permanent archive of submissions, although operational logs containing personal information may exist and are periodically deleted. Once received, messages are retained by PRAGMATUR for the period necessary to handle the request and comply with applicable legal obligations.
8. Data subject rights
Under the GDPR, data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. These rights may be exercised in writing to geral@pragmatur.pt.
Data subjects may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
The website does not use tracking, analytics, advertising, remarketing or campaign measurement cookies. Functional local storage is described in the Cookie Policy.
10. Security and changes
PRAGMATUR adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction. This Policy may be updated at any time, and the version in force will be published on this page.
